Description
I was fortunate to be granted a tour of an old hotel that opened its doors in 1905. It shut down in 1935 and the building was later turned into a department store. The upper rooms, including room #6, were used for storage. photograph copyright Renee Trenholm

A vote for your #6 in the 'Historic Hotels' contest, Renee, and voted. Glad you were able, per your description, to capture this before it turned 'Department Store'.

Great shot Renee. I love old buildings and stuff like this. Makes me wonder how it was back in 1905. Also my choice for the Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery Group, PIF thread.

I love this image, Renee. It carries a wonderful atmosphere. One can still feel the old times in this historic corridor. A masterly capture, highly aesthetic. F/V - Greetings from Andreas
