Our big ole pit bull would rather rest on her cozy blanket than to chase a burglar! She folds herself into the fetal position and you can see the tip of her back foot in the photo. She sleeps soundly and snores for a few minutes but then wakes up to do a "sweep" of the area to be sure that all is well and that we're still within her view. She had such a pensive expression that I created a softer look for her in this photo.
