Haiku:
I stand on the moon
Earth reflection in gaseous pond
When will I be home?
Earth Reflection is a digital abstract art piece that began with a photo of an earth rise as seen from the moon. The original photo was from NASA.gov. I digitally painted the moon, sky, and earth for a softer look. I added the reflection and the gaseous ripples. Further digital enhancements gave the moon's surface streaks of color and created the satin look of the gas with a softer reflection of the earth. This image was created in my imagination and then digitally rendered, primarily in Photoshop Elements.
